"Respond intelligently even to unintelligent treatment." ~ Lao Tzu

Are you and your co-founder, partner or leadership team engaged in non-productive conflict? Are key decisions, strategic planning, revenue and the profitability of your Organization likely to suffer if you don’t resolve the conflict? Is your stress level high? Does conflict interfere with your home life, sleep and peace of mind?

Conflict is inevitable between intelligent, strong people who work closely together. If done properly, conflict resolution can be very productive, leading to powerful discussions to generate ideas and key business decisions.

Do you know how to successfully navigate your way to a productive resolution to conflict? I have 40 years of conflict resolution experience and can help facilitate your conversation through the conflict points so you return to a high level discussion of priorities. I will help you assess and modify your communication style to work optimally for your objectives. You will learn how to have difficult, productive discussions.

I offer a two phase Coaching package on Productive Conflict Resolution for Leaders who value Emotional Intelligence, who take personal responsibility seriously and who, in good faith, want to learn to resolve conflicts productively. Among other benefits this Coaching package will increase your emotional Intelligence and your ability to coach others through conflict.

Phase One

This is a preliminary opportunity to talk through your issues and learn about patterns and tools for resolution.

Phase One is the Assessment Phase. In this first phase you will understand your thinking and communication style and learn how this interplays with the thinking and communication style of the other person.

I will facilitate coaching sessions to begin addressing the conflict at hand.

At the end of Phase One, we will debrief, discuss your take-aways, where progress has been made, where it has not and what else is necessary for resolution to be reached. You will walk away with some important insight into yourself, your patterns of conflict and tools for resolution. This is a decision point whether you want to go deeper into experiencing productive conflict resolution.

Phase Two

My Phase Two Coaching Engagement is an extremely valuable opportunity to delve more deeply into the conflicts and to address issues real time as they come up. If this would be valuable to you, we will discuss the goals, scope, time frame and cost of the deeper level of Phase Two Coaching.
