Assessment Engagement

I offer a stand alone Assessment Package that includes a Profile XT, a confidential Verbal 360 and a Leader’s Dashboard with a 90 minute coaching session to debrief on each.

My clients find these assessments add tremendous value to their understanding of themselves, others, and where to put their focus in order to get to the next level, engage, lead and communicate more effectively with others.

The Profile XT

The Profile XT is a highly validated and reliable off-the-shelf assessment that will give you valuable information about your thinking and behavioral styles. The Profile XT is a normative assessment; your information is put on a bell curve so that you can see where you are with regards to the working population at large.This helps you know how you might stretch, modify, or leverage your style depending on the person/people with whom you are working.

The Confidential Verbal 360

The Confidential Verbal 360 is a collaborative assessment through which you will get real time feedback from your co-workers, manager and direct reports about your strengths and areas to improve in order to have a maximum positive impact on your growth.

My clients report that this information is extremely valuable in understanding how they are perceived within the organization.

Unlike 360’s that are conducted by your HR department, the results of this confidential 360 will not get reported back to HR. Because of this, your colleagues are more likely to be candid in their feedback, as they understand they are there to help you constructively without consequence to them or to you within the organization.

The Leader’s Dashboard

The Leader’s Dashboard is a valuable tool designed to help you identify your vision, values, key strengths, motivations and more. It will also ask you to identify these characteristic for your organization. This gives you an opportunity to identify where there is alignment, or not, and provides very clear focus for you in your professional growth.

After each Assessment

After each Assessment, you will have a 60 minute coaching session to debrief on the information gleaned by the assessment, what key point(s) you take away from each and goals that are important to set in your career.
